Portsmouth Volunteers for the Homeless -- Working with over forty-nine (60) houses of faith in Portsmouth, Chesapeake, Suffolk and students from Virginia Wesleyan College, PVH provides nightly shelter for homeless persons from mid November through the first week of May each year. 399-0200.
