Education: Locating Articles

This guide highlights resources related to education.
Search for scholarly articles by using research databases.
On the library home page, a database may be selected by two methods:

When looking for full-text scholarly articles, remember to check (1)  the box labeled Full-Text and (2) Scholarly (Peer Reviewed) Journals on the database search page.

If you do not see one of the links below in the results screen of the full citation, we most likely DO NOT have access to the journal.  BUT! You can still request the article through interlibrary loan, through the Interlibrary Loan (ILL) link.

Managing Search Results

Databases have tools that help you manage your results and more.  ERIC, Education Source and others produced by EBSCOhost use the same tools:

Create a personal account to save search results, persistent links to searches, search alerts, journal alerts, and web pages to your personal My EBSCOhost folder.

Learn about using Folders to collect and store information across sessions.

For advanced Search options within EBSCOhost see Help.
